How it works

Five steps, no surprises.

Most things that go wrong with a cake order are not baking problems. They are a design that didn’t match the photo, a lead time that moved, a message that went unanswered. Each step below exists because of one of those.

1

You pick and book

Signature cakes and gift boxes are paid in full at booking. The calendar only offers dates we can genuinely make.

2

Aysel approves the design

Custom work only. She confirms she can make it the way you want within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until she does — and if she can't, she tells you rather than improvising.

3

We bake it

Your brief and your reference images are attached to the order. That is what the cake is judged against, by both of us.

4

You see a photo

Before it leaves the kitchen, you get a picture of the actual cake. If something's wrong, it's wrong while there's still time to fix it.

5

It arrives

Delivered in a two-hour window, confirmed the day before, with a checklist signed off — toppers included.
