$7.50–$11 per serving depending on finish and detail. Three weeks’ notice is the minimum — but a summer Saturday is usually spoken for months ahead, and May to October fills first.

Trileçe, Yaş pasta, Ruska kapa, Güllaç are all milk-based, so they need a licensed kitchen with refrigeration. We’re working toward it. If one of them is what you actually want, tell us — it decides what we build first.
