Graduations

For the graduate, a cake with their name on it.

High school, college, university: the party is usually at home, the guest list is long, and the date is set by the school, mostly in June. A signature cake carries the graduate’s name and year with three days’ notice. A custom design in the school’s colours starts from a published price, and Ajsel agrees it with you before you pay a cent.

Sized for the party

Six inches for the family dinner. Eight for the usual open house. Ten when the whole class comes back to the house. The servings are on each cake below, so nobody goes without a slice.

The school’s colours

A custom cake can carry the colours and the shapes of the day: a mortarboard, a scroll, the year. Tell us what you have in mind and Ajsel says plainly what she can make. It needs ten days’ notice.

Plan around the ceremony

Ceremony dates are published well ahead, so there is no need to leave the cake to the last week. The calendar here only offers dates Ajsel can genuinely make; choose yours as soon as the school announces it.

Halal without asking

Every cake is halal by default: no gelatin, alcohol-free extracts, no rum in any syrup. Ajsel stands behind that by name, and the policy is on the What’s in it page.

For the teacher who got them there
