The box of 40, for a room of people
For a gathering, an office, or after a nikah. Forty assorted Turkish and Balkan syrup sweets, sized for a meeting table or an open house, and needing five days’ notice.
A gift box of 12, to bring when you visit
Hurmašice, şekerpare and assorted syrup sweets. Syrup is a preservative, so the box keeps for days and travels well, which a buttercream cake does not.
A signature cake for the table
One of Ajsel’s set designs in your flavour, with your message on top: pistachio, rose and lemon, fudge chocolate, red velvet. The 8-inch serves 16–20, the 10-inch 30–35.
Halal is how the kitchen is built
No gelatin in anything, including stabilisers and fondant. Alcohol-free extracts only. No rum or liqueur in any syrup. Ajsel stands behind it by name, and the whole policy is on the What’s in it page.
Book early in the month
December weeks fill. The calendar only offers dates Ajsel can genuinely make, and it stops offering a week once that week is full, so the earlier you order, the more dates there are to choose from.
The cakes, with their prices
Prices are in CAD and final; no tax is added. A “from” price is a starting point that Ajsel confirms with you before anything is paid.
