Who you’re buying from

Ajsel’s, a home cake studio in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Write to hello@ajsel.com about anything. Prices are in Canadian dollars and final: we add no tax.

How it reaches you

We don’t keep a warehouse. Each piece is made to order by our suppliers — most of them in China — and posted straight to you. We tell you the tracking number as soon as there is one.

Canada

$7 · usually 2–4 weeks · free on orders of $60 or more

United States

$18 on every order · usually 2–4 weeks

European Union

$9 · usually 2–5 weeks · free on orders of $90 or more

The Balkans

$11 · usually 3–5 weeks · free on orders of $90 or more

The Gulf

$13 · usually 2–5 weeks · free on orders of $90 or more

Australia & New Zealand

$11 · usually 2–5 weeks · free on orders of $90 or more

We don’t ship to the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Norway or Switzerland yet.

Duties and import tax

Your country may charge import duty, VAT or GST when the parcel arrives. That is set by your country, not by us, and is paid to the carrier — we can’t collect it for you or refund it. The United States charges duty on every parcel from abroad, however small, and the European Union charges VAT on every one.

If it’s late

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after the latest time we gave for your country, you can cancel it and we’ll refund you in full. Write to us with your order number.

If something is wrong

If anything arrives damaged, or isn’t what we described, write to us within 30 days of it arriving, with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you — you won’t need to post it back.

Changed your mind? If we haven’t ordered it from the supplier yet — usually the same day — we’ll cancel and refund it in full. Once it’s made, we can’t take it back.

What’s written on them

Nothing we sell carries the name of God, Bismillah or a verse of the Qur’an, so nothing needs special care when the party is over. “Eid Mubarak”, “Umrah Mubarak”, crescents and stars are as far as we go.

Your information

To post it, your name, address and phone number go to the supplier and the carrier, and nowhere else. How we look after it, and when we delete it.
